Hi all,

I thought my needs were fairly simple, but it's proving hard to find something that meets everything.

Would like:

Android
Ability to score both me and opponent
Ability to make custom rounds (for messing around at club sessions)

3D target archery a small bonus but not expecting that!

Any thoughts?

Archery Scorepad will do all the things that you want. It's a paid app, but not expensive.

It'll also allow you to store multiple sets of sight marks ie for different arrows.

It'll also let you look up the scores required for different classifications / handicaps.

The downside is that it's pretty ugly to look at, but it does the job.

Any of the regular spreadsheet apps will allow for pull downs, tabs and even export to a desktop or cloud based viewer. A format like excel works best will work on most computers and smartphone/tablets.

A spreadsheet app would work, but I'm not sure it's the most convenient to use, especially on a phone. I wouldn't want to have to carry a tablet around just to score on either.

Archery Scorepad will do 3d and field rounds, as well as custom rounds as the OP requested.

If you don't want to pay then Archery Companion is a good free android app, although it's not as capable as Archery Scorepad.

I score using my smart phone by using pull downs it's no worse than using a dedicated app.
But IMHO the freedom it gives you to do anything is worth the inconvenience of having to create it in the first place..
