Great stuff. It's good to have fun while shooting arrows; specially when the event brings a sense of cooperation to the table.

It also helps that there was a vast amount of food and sweets on hand too - sweets as arrow prizes every end is always a winner.

Our boxing day shoot got delayed until New Year's day, so we got to go after all. It was fab, and a great turnout, around 30 people. Pokemon themed, about 8 different kinds of targets, all shot with either the club jelly bows, or in a couple of cases, rubber tipped blunts. It certainly evened the odds, and everyone had a great time.

We had a coughironmancough last weekend. Stopped half way through for soup and hotdogs and cake. Weather turned gusty which cost me an arrow, blown off the rest, but generally a fun day. Shame I failed my quiver check on another end and noticed, just too late, that I'd only shot five. So two arrows recorded as misses.

However, as the only archer shooting the dark side, I still got a small prize.
