I have got myself a Gabriel bidrop rest, but the magnet holding the arm is very strong, so it semms not to drop at all. Is there anyway to adjust the tenssion. I can only figure out how to move the arm in and out

The arm is not designed to drop down during normal shooting. The dropping only occurs if there is something wrong; such as the nocking point is too low making the back of the arrow press hard onto the arm. The idea is that instead of the arrow pressing on and damaging the arm ,it pops down out of the way for a time. It pops back up very soon after.
