Love my SBK. It was my rehab bow (a mere 30lbs draw weight at 30") and is now what I venture into the woods with for field. If you want to dabble without spending a lot of dosh, this is the puppy for youThe Samick SKB is a cheap and cheerful choice if you're not too fussed about exact draw weights. I use one in the wet for when putting together my full recurve would be a pain or when I've only got a short time to shoot.
darthTer:I got my hungarian from a bloke in Hungary via Ebay.
A number of customisable options were availble - leather & stiching colour.
Bow cost me ?90 shipped from Hungary & took about a week.
Its probably not the best quality in the world, but it does the job!!!

38# would probably still get you to 90m.....your arrows may hit the target covered in ice though!!!!Sweet!
Any ideas what poundage I should aim for? Atm I am pulling about 32#. What distances would say 38# get me to?
