points and inserts

shooting easton navigator 610's. Screw in points with inserts at 85 grains, or break-off points at 90 grains on a 27" arrow at 38lbs ? Opinions please about points.

Screw in points are usefull because you may change points easily: some archers use lighter points for field archery and heavy points on short distances. The fact is that arrows with heavy points fly better, but at very long ranges (70 or 90 m for example), arrows with light points will permit easier setting of the sight.

Highly unlikely that you'll change them once you've got them set up and tuned, and insert/screw-ins rattle and irritate the hell out of me. :)
