Is there anyone here who is deeply involved in SCAS? Although they only take £2 a year from me and the adults amongst the other 16,000 archers in the region, they have funds of just over £300,000 which seems like a lot of cash for a local sports association to sit on in current times. They give out a few thousand in grants each year amounting to around half of the value of their income and, as far as I can tell, run a limited number of competitions which are self funding.
How have and how will members of clubs within the region benefit from the funds and should a substantial part of them be returned to the clubs?
