I've tried using the search, but couldn't find much...
Anyone know any good videos or websites that take you through the form needed to shoot a traditional bow?
The problem is that, unlike recurve, it's hard to tell who is shooting with a good form. When I shot recurve I just looked at some Olympic archers and if the advice I was getting looked like that, I did it
One issue seems to be the need for a Mediterranean release, which is essential for Hunting Tackle (NFAS).
My instinct, having shot recurve for ages, is to make my anchor point under my chin - but so many down my club have told me not to do this (but to be fair, none of them compete on a trad bow).
So, in short: where can I go to see videos of good form?
I shoot a 48lb KG Osprey.
Any help greatly appreciated.
Thanks!
