Archers Advantage Online. Print out tape, stick to sight, done. Also has online options, but since you can't use your phone when shooting FITA field that's not a good habit to get into.

Never used it for recurve, so not sure how you setup the parameters like "peep height" but definitely a +1 for AA Online and it sight tapes!

I use Arrownautics which as a function has fields for all manner of sight marks as well as all the other functions associated with a scoring app including the option to photograph each end as you score if that's what you like/need.

Have set mine up with 4 versions of me: longbow_karl, barebow_karl, recurve_karl and compound_karl each with sight marks and bow notes and other stuff. As I only shoot club and odd local shoots the 'no phone' rule doesn't bother me :)

How does it handle longbow sight marks? I don't know if you use a band or not, but it's something I've been wondering about, can an app be used to record longbow sight marks.

Here's how how it works for me:

I am arrow point on gold at 80yds and outer blue ring, Sight mark = 0 vert, 5 horizontal

I have shot all distances lower than this in 10yd steps having attached a linen tape measure to the outer face of my bow and using a black 'O' ring as a vertical sight pin with "zero mm commencing at the top border line of leather grip and bow.

All of the vertical marks were then entered in as sight marks - I.e. 60yds = 22mm, etc before the tape measure was removed to conform with any rules that might forbid stuff stuck to a bow.

To set a given mark during a shoot I use my bracing height gauge to put the "O" ring where it needs to be.

Horzontal marks with longbow are wholly wind dependant so I never bother recording those, instead I begin with the edge of the "O" ring kissing 3 o'clock black/white and adjust accordingly as the shoot goes on :)

Has worked really well for me this year so far :)

That really makes sense, and is a nice simple solution to boot. I feel like kicking myself a bit for not thinking about simply measuring the location of the o-ring and recording that. Cheers, I think I was blinded slightly by other peoples pen and paper solutions of drawing lines in their score books and measuring off that.

The simple stuff is often the most difficult to see at first :)

Should have said that for 100yds I am point on the very top of our straw bosses - I don't have a numerical value entered for that one.
